The online booking tool is limited for annual check ups and vaccines. For sick patients, please call the clinic so our team can triage and schedule you appropriately.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
We understand that unexpected situations arise, however we kindly
request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice if
you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
By providing notice, you are helping us ensure that our appointment slots are
available for pets who need them.
Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a no show fee applied to your
account and must be paid prior to rescheduling.
Appointment no-shows: $50.00
Appointment late fee: $30.00
Surgery no-shows: $120.00

Prescription Refills
Please note we require 72 business hours’ notice for all prescription refill requests. Adequate notice for prescription refills allows our team to ensure that we can have your medication ready on time so you don't run out! Often times your pet's medication will need the doctors approval, it may need to be ordered or we often times experience unexpected back orders or shortages for certain prescriptions.
A rush fee of $25 will be applied for any last-minute refills
