*Important Notice to All Clients*

Dr Christina will be away on vacation from September 29th to October 10th. During these two weeks, the clinic will be open however we will not be able to approve any prescription refills or answer any questions that require her expertise. We will have emergency coverage for when she is away. Please call the clinic and we will provide further instructions.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

We understand that unexpected situations arise, however we kindly
request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice if
you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

By providing notice, you are helping us ensure that our appointment slots are
 available for pets who need them.

Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a no show fee applied to your
account and must be paid prior to rescheduling.

Appointment no-shows: $50.00

Surgery no-shows: $120.00

Prescription Refills

Please note we require 72 business hours’ notice for all prescription refill requests. Adequate notice for prescription refills allows our team to ensure that we can have your medication ready on time so you don't run out! Often times your pet's medication will need the doctors approval, it may need to be ordered or we often times experience unexpected back orders or shortages for certain prescriptions.

A rush fee of $25 will be applied for any last-minute refills

Price Increases

As of July 25th 2025, we will be implementing some price adjustments to reflect the current market conditions and rising costs of providing high quality services.

 

What this means for you

You may notice some increases in:

  • parasite prevention
  • pet food
  • medications

 

Why is this change necessary?

Rising costs of medications, therapeutic diets, medical supplies and equipment have impacted our operations. This change will enable us to continue delivering exceptional care to your beloved pets and family.
