We answer the telephone between the hours of 8:00am to 12:00pm and from 1:00pm to 3:00pm Monday-Thursday and from 8:00am to 12:00pm on Fridays.

If you are calling within these hours and your call is forwarded to VetWise, please try again in a few minutes, as all of our phone lines are currently taken.

If you have a medical emergency during this time, please remain on the line and speak to VetWise, they will assist in triaging you.

The clinic is still open for food sales, medication pick ups and scheduled appointments from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

What is Vet Wise?

VetWise is a community of veterinary professionals that work together with our hospital to assist in emergency triage and virtual care. When you run into an emergency with your pet after hours, call our hospital line and it will forward you to the emergency triage service provided by VetWise. You will be speaking with an RVT and they will be able to give you direction on the next steps to provide medical care for your pet.
